Minimum Stay

  • A minimum stay of two nights is required.

Mode of Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfers.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 4:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

Occupancy

  • Rates are based on 4 guests, but our cabins can accommodate up to 2 additional guests for an additional $25 per guest, per night.

Deposits and Balances

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival and will be processed via Visa, Mastercard, or e-transfer.
  • An email reminder will be sent for the final balance payment.
  • Single night stays are available for additional $85.00 turnover fee.

Damage Deposit

  • No upfront damage deposit is required; however, any excessive damage or theft will be charged to the credit card of the person who made the reservation.

Liabilities and Waivers

  • Reel Appeal Ocean Front Resort Ltd. and its owner assume no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or occupation of the accommodation or its amenities.

Pets

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.

Cleaning Fees

  • Additional cleaning services during your stay are available for a fee of $85.

Excessive Cleaning

  • Your rental will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. If excessive cleaning is required after your departure, a charge of $35 per hour will be applied.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided on the deck.
  • A $250 fee will be charged to your credit card if this policy is violated.

Lost and Found

  • While we are not responsible for lost items, if you believe you’ve left something behind, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to return any missing items to you.

Early Departure

  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for early departure.

Travel Insurance

  • We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.
